The fact there's plagiarism or that it isn't being swept under the rug?

"the North Koreans are hoarding Chinese Yuan."
Not surprised. The North Korean economy seems unable to support its own currency any longer, and the elite have most of their holdings in Chinese yuan. With such a lack of confidence in their own currency, the next step will be to use the Chinese Yuan as the currency of North Korea.

"Former President George Bush was in Korea this week and drew a crowd of 60,000 supporters if you can believe it."
Misleading.
They didn't turn out just to see him. They were there for a prayer meeting. The blog suggests that some there were his supporters because he lifted sanctions against North Korea but nothing in the story confirms that.
It even explicitly states that at least some were definitely not supporters:

#5 Yes joec—we got it—Bush is evil—Bush sucks—yada yada yada. Yawn. Your Community Organizer has continued on the same road — when not making things worse. Mr. hopey-changey is nearly halfway thru the 1st term and the debt keeps climing and the jobs keep leaving. Gays are pissed. Gitmo is STILL open. The war is still going. Troops are STILL in Iraq. DPRK is STILL not on the terror list.
Mean while you STILL suffer thru your Bush Derangement Syndrome. Take a pill or something. I hope you will be well SOMETIME. Sad for you if it becomes a life long condition. Bush must be very powerfull to affect you so.

Thanks for the German operatic link. I have an old college chum who sings in a regional opera chorus in Germany. Amazingly, 5 out of the 28-strong chorus are Korean. http://londonkoreanlinks.net/2007/04/11/the-class…

I really hate this new format where I cannot comment on another persons opinion.
Nor am I ever e-mailed of any new comments.
What I enjoyed most before was the interaction which is now zero.
