Ah… this picture is way too clean and orderly. Surely it must be 1915, not 1905. We all know Korea wasn't this clean looking (or even civilized) until the Japanese annexed it!

Note: The signs are in English. Even though the Japanese have not yet arrived; obviously there is a positive foreign influence in place.
