Incredibly the professional North Korea apologist Selig Harrison is advocating for the US to assist with the liberation movement of the Baluchistan people of Pakistan:

While doing less elsewhere in Pakistan, the United States should do more to support anti-Islamist forces along the southern Arabian Sea coast. First, it should support anti-Islamist Sindhi leaders of the Sufi variant of Islam with their network of 124,000 shrines. Most important, it should aid the 6 million Baluch insurgents fighting for independence from Pakistan in the face of growing ISI repression. Pakistan has given China a base at Gwadar in the heart of Baluch territory. So an independent Baluchistan would serve U.S. strategic interests in addition to the immediate goal of countering Islamist forces.  [The National Interest via Registan.net]

Harrison some how is able to blame South Korea for the sinking of the Cheonan, blame the US for the North Korean nuclear program, among a host of other outrageous claims in order to defend the worst government on Earth, the Kim Jong-il regime, yet he wants the US to assist the liberation of the Baluchistan people?  Harrison cannot advocate for the liberation of people kept in concentration camps and most of the rest of the North Korean population enduring government sanctioned starvation, but he wants the liberation of people in Baluchistan who are not treated nearly as badly by a government in a critical part of the world that is some what allied with the US?

I recommend reading what Joshua Foust over a Registan.net has to say about this, but the hypocrisy of Selig Harrison is truly stunning.  If Harrison is going to be a useful idiot, at least be consistent.
