Back to this survey, I also think it's suspect and question its purpose. There was a more reputable report a few years ago about the size of Indian men. It was about the health risk concerns because they couldn't obtain condoms that fit securely.
Condom fitting is a valid concern. While modern Korean condoms have a greater amount of flexibility, they are still too short and snug compared to what I prefer. They have also broken more often. But prior to about 20 years ago the local brands had no more stretch than party balloons and were practically useless unless you were their measured size.

The Korean figures were taken from observations done by Korean clinics that specializes in penile implants. These were the size that were reported by the patients who wanted to do penis implants to make their size bigger – far from the representative "average" as purported by this fraud study which by the way was done by a Mexican named Eduardo Gomez de Diego (doesn't that explain why Mexican men are rated bigger than Americans?).
In this Korean study, the average Korean penis is about 13.2cm, or about 5.2 inches

I actually looked over some of their data and well a few pretty obvious flaws jumped out. One is that "self reported" data in unreliable on anything of a personal basis. Two is there is no standard for measuring flaccid vs erect and at what angle / ect. And the final nail is the complete lack of an error bar. If any statistical data lacks some form of error report then its just fluff and can't be taken seriously.
ie,
If someone found twenty porn stars of Northern European ethnicity and measured them, the result wouldn't be representative of all Northern European males. Every attempt at studying the male penis size by ethnicity has met with this problem. There is just to much statistical variability and the impossibility of honest self reporting, your never going to get a honest reliable data set.

It’s a well known fact that japanese have the smallest ones. Look at all the japanese porns with their porn stars who are supposed to be well endowed. they got 3 inch penis which doesn’t even penetrate.
