Here are the USFK court martial results for July 2011 for everyone to start their perusing through. Strangely the much discussed Andre Fisher appears again in these court martial results. Most people probably remember that he was the US Soldier convicted of robbery of a taxi cab in Itaewon as well as destruction of public property when he trashed a police car. He was convicted of the crimes on June 10, 2011. Well now we have yet something else that adds a bit more to this story. If you read below you will see that Fisher was convicted of damage and destruction of public property in Uijongbu last month. So did he commit a crime in Uijongbu before getting pick up in Seoul for the crime there?
Something else of note is that below you will see that two Soldiers in Uijongbu were convicted of robbery and each received 2 and half year prison sentences that were suspended. The fact that Fisher’s sentence wasn’t suspended for his crime is what led me to believe that there was more to the story which we found out there was with the destruction of the police car. His latest convictions in Uijongbu only furthers my belief there is more going on we don’t know about.

“was found guilty of wrongfully possessing Spice, in violation of Art. 92″
They don’t mess around with Spice. The last time that happened, it had to be dumped.
…but they might have gone easier on him if he had been able to made the Kessel Run in less than twelve parsecs.

“received 2 and half year prison sentences that were suspended. The fact that Fisher’s sentence wasn’t suspended for his crime is what led me to believe that there was more to the story”
3 to 1 says the other two paid the blood money before the trial came to an end.
That could very well be the only significant difference between these cases (in the Korean court’s eye).

Funny how G.I.Korea has been talking about how unfair Korean justice system is but all they do is fine the convicts.

I wonder how he beat the rap?
