The 2ID TKD team is a waste of government resources. Their training is a full-time job, and someone, whether it be the government, AUSA, or Good Neighbors, has paid for them all to go to DC for a full week every year. They’re not even that good. All they do is tumble and prance. It’s not real TKD.

1. Agreed. The 2ID TKD team is, well, a waste. Those soldiers need to be back in their units.

You guys would shit yourself if you found out how much it cost to sent these guys over for a week.

You guys are obviously part of the problem. Do you hate America and its strong military?
The Tae Kwon Do team is learning the appearance of real combat skills.
If you “send them back to their unit” they will only be trained on Please Don’t Rape, Alcohol Is Bad, and Gays Are Sweet People Too.
I don’t know about you, but in every Hong Kong movie I ever saw, the Kung Fu gangster beats the social worker’s azz every time.
I know where my money is if war breaks out.

4. I guess you got a point. The 2ID dance and gymnastics team are quite rough and tumble.

Wow…Honestly,
I dont even know where to start. I was a team member back in the day, and while “Soldiers in the Units” are getting drunk and buying “Juciey girls” we where doing fight training and PT. WE NEVER HAD HOLIDAYS, or even weekends. We trained 6 days a week and WE WHERE PROUD OF IT. I will agree, the team has gotten sour..they are nothing like they use to be. But who’s to say we aren’t soldiers? Are we less because we do TKD? What about the Army Football team? Army Combatives team?
