Members of a volunteer group consisting of spouses of Seocho district ward office workers are making fermented soybeans to make deonjang, or soybean paste, for the elderly who live alone and children who are heads of households. The event was held Wednesday at Daewon Farm in Wonjidong, Seoul. Seocho district has hosted this event for 14 years since 1999.
