Not sure where you have something linked on your site to KBS, but I keep getting a “warning” message that I should not visit your site because embedded into it is a link to KBS, which is a known source of malware. Just FYI.

The woman’s had three kids and is approaching middle-age. She is no longer a 20-something movie star and does not look like one, either. She does look great.

@2 – I had some people send me e-mails telling me about that but Google Chrome was not pointing out any issues with KBS link on my browser. The KBS link is not off the main site, but this is a common problem with Korean websites being filled with malware.

    #4,

Sure, but I think she looks good in this picture…She also should have won an Oscar for “Election”.

    It isn’t the girl… it’s the clothes.

Black legs but bare arms is unbalanced… making the arms look thicker than they might look otherwise… and the hips wider… and, against a black background, “Oh my god! Where are her legs?”

The dress design evokes thoughts of electrical tape… laid out in a pattern intuitive to a 4th grader with their first roll of electrical tape and nothing but a 1950s copy of Better Homes and Gardens, Swiss Edition, for inspiration.

The pink is the same shade used in video overlays… making one think of “No Video Signal. Check Connection and Try Again.” If this error persists, contact your fashion consultant.

…and it doesn’t help that the cut of the dress in her armpits makes little… uh… fat wings?

All-in-all, she doesn’t look bad… but she needs a better fashion consultant.

So… who is she? what is she doing in Korea? She looks old…. Like Koreans like her or know her?

Hollywood’s old men have missed the point… Asia has been taken over by Koreans long time ago…

Wow, CH, I am impressed that a heterosexual male would focus on apparel and write such a detailed fashion critique. Agree that the outfit is not flattering. Anything with obvious slenderizing lines should be avoided.

    Sonagi,

Ah… Sonagi… I am so much more than what I write here.

    None-the-less…

Every heterosexual male should be able to notice and critique women’s fashion.

After all the excuse-for-laziness “but I dress for me” bullshyt is cut, the reality is that women dress to find a mate…

…to hide their flaws and accentuate their good points… to stand out in a good way… to emphasize their capabilities and sexuality.

As a straight guy, I know exactly what I like and why I like it. I can recognize what makes a below-average girl desirable and an above-average girl unattractive… at least to me.

And I have no problem telling a girl where she went wrong… though experience has shown this seemingly useful information never gets nearly the appreciation it deserves… especially when unsolicited.

A gay guy’s opinion on women’s fashion can certainly be valid… in an academic way… but straight guys with any experience in life should be able to critique women’s fashion as easily as he decides what sounds good on the Value Menu.
