In case you haven’t heard yet:
The Republic of Korea – United States Combined Forces Command exercise Key Resolve begins today and runs through March 9.
The command post exercise will involve about 2,100 U.S. personnel in addition to ROK military forces. About 800 of the U.S. participants will come from outside Korea. Several United Nations Command Sending States will also participate in this exercise.
Exercises such as Key Resolve contribute toward the ROK taking lead for the combined defense of the Republic of Korea in 2015.
Neutral Nations Supervisory Commission observers will monitor the exercise to ensure it is in compliance with the Armistice Agreement.
The United Nations Command Military Armistice Commission informed the Korean People’s Army Jan. 27 through its Panmunjom mission of the exercise dates and the non-provocative nature of this training. [USFK.mil]
By the way the North Koreans are pissed off as always about the exercise.

#2 Confucius: attention to detail. It says that it is a “US ship”, it mentions nothing of it being a US Naval vessel (which it is not).
You’ve been reading too much Fox News lately…hearing what you want to hear, reading what you want to read.
