Ya my name is David Lehman, and that is me—-talk about a load of bs that happened. I am still confused (as are other high ranking officials) as to why leaders did not get punished. They ignored numerous warning signs when I was very distraught, instead continuing to pile on counselings instead of proper corrective training to help me.
Don’t let this happen to you!! I am fine, doing well outside the Army, and its honestly much more stress free. But I will say, look out for my book one day!!!!
