  Mmm, brushes with synthetic (or human?) hair and lip gloss without bug shells doesn’t mean the cosmetics weren’t tested on animals. You see, every time a cosmetics manufacture comes out with a new product, they aren’t reinventing the wheel. They may not have tested that particular product on animals, but its ingredients has. Maybe not by them, but by someone in the past, which is why those ingredients are pretty much standard.
