The name may be 정림사지 5층 석탑, but I’m not entirely sure. It’s definitely (per the question) in Puyŏ.

Kushibo did get the correct answer. This five storied pagoda is one of the most popular attractions in Buyo. By the way Buyo is a great place to visit for those interested in Korean historical sites.
