Korean women are too selfish to breast feed. Plus, it is shameful in Korean society for a mother to breast feed her child in public. Can you imagine: one of the most beautiful, natural, and intimate experiences a woman could have in her life and Koreans look down on it?! Absurd.
In America, a first-world country, if a woman if breast feeding a baby in public she usually drapes a blanket over her breast to cover up somewhat. Most decent folks pretend not to notice.
