How would the judges be able to tell if the Korean special atheletes were retarded or not? Like, for example, if one of the atheletes were to sit on the middle of the floor and cry and moan for an hour, they’d know that she was retarded , right? Or if an athelete lost a skating race and threw the Korean flag onto the ice; they’d know he was retarded, right?

I seriously don’t know how you can tell if a Korean is retarded or not. Maybe if they can’t walk down the street without bumping into anyone…would that make them retarded? How about if they have loud conversations on their cell phone or with each other? How about if they don’t wash their hands after taking a crap?

@4,
No. Koreans do not treat retarded people as humans.
