So they decided not to sue the tv station saying that the Asian sounding names that were really jokes damaged their reputation. I think their reputation suffered a hit when they have an inexperienced pilot who doesn’t know how to fly the model of airplane that he is piloting crashes the plane which results in 3 people being killed.

You can’t just blame the 777 rookie. Others were there with 777 experience but failed to help him(correctly) for whatever reason. Oh yeah I forgot, the person training the rookie was a rookie at training and they had never flown together before. Was the rookie pilot from Jeolla and the rookie training him from Seoul, or vice versa?

I’m not surprised they dropped the case given the facts/U.S. laws, additionally Koreans are known to change their minds the next day. This is why an employee should never take what their boss says too seriously by overreacting. Just wait till the next day and calmly ask “Are you sure about…because…?”
