In Seoul Central District Court, on 13 September 2013, LTC Ricky L. Skeen, 411th CSB-K, USAG Yongsan, was convicted of DUI. His adjudged sentence was a 7,000,000 Won fine.

    After drinking, Ricky L. Skeen
    was somewhat inclined to careen.
    He didn’t die
    with that DUI
but, my God, his fine was obscene.

“What’s all this about this Skeen dude?”
asked Smokes trying not to be rude.
He is loved and he’s missed,
    though driving while pissed,
is a move not incredibly shrewd.

    Smokes’ thinking might be misled
    for guilty, Colonel Skeen pled.
    As however hard they extort
    a Korean court
can’t squeeze a fine from the dead.
