Seoul National University has confirmed that Korean presidential candidate Ahn Cheol-soo did not plagiarize his papers at the college: A Seoul National University panel determined Friday that independent presidential candidate Ahn Cheol-soo did not plagiarize his academic papers. This is the quite the November suprise the Saenuri Party has been holding on to against Ahn Cheol-soo if the allegations are true: Seoul National University yesterday announced it has begun a preliminary review of plagiarism allegations against its alumnus Ahn Cheol-soo, the independent presidential candidate.
